GoPractice: Entry into the Product Manager Profession

The Challenge
Revamp the existing free online course and become the premier solution in the Edtech market for product managers.
Solution
The course where participants initially gain fundamental understanding about the structure of the ML field. Subsequently, they apply this newly acquired knowledge to Toloka's products and engage in a variety of communication scenarios through a simulator. The course concludes with mock-interviews and feedback from company employees serving as final assessments.
An outstanding team performance that produced results surpassing our expectations! The creative approach, in-depth hypothesis testing and analysis led to a completely new and potentially extremely important product for our lineup. The team's development has been passed on to the GoPractice leadership and will be implemented on the platform.

Toloka AI: Intro to Machine Learning for employees

The Challenge
To boost sales due to non-technical specialists' difficulty in effectively communicating in scenarios where basic ML and LLM knowledge is required. Additionally, the lengthy ramp-up time for sales managers and our challenges in penetrating the rapidly growing LLM segment with our Toloka solutions are further hampering our sales performance.

I started the program with a brief that seemed simple (an asynchronous internal course) but was complicated by context (complex subject matter and an international team). The team, however, did a fantastic job studying the audience's experience, pinpointing and redefining the real problem potential students face. They maintained the original request for asynchronicity and minimal budget while providing an elegant solution. They also did great work understanding the complex subject context, and conducted successful research and testing with an English-speaking audience. Lastly, I appreciated their punctual, careful communication and insightful discussion of their solution.
